My husband calls my feet "boats". I think they are more average than he thinks. I wear a size 9, normal width. I takecare of my feet, so they are not ugly.....Any other size 9ers out there? Have you taken any grief?

When you want to stand still you probably have to drop two little anchors.
On a windy day you can save money on gas. Just put sails on your boats and let the wind blow you to work.
Do you guys have one of those rotating lighthouse lights on the roof of your home so that when you come in at night you won't run aground?
I'm enjoying teasing you. ^_^ I think women with tiny feet are unstable. I wouldn't trust a woman who didn't wear at least a size 8.

Are his feet small? I'm 8 1/2. I would say a girl with 10-11 is large, but really depends on the frame, size. Besides ifyou take care of your feet, who cares? What does he want size 6 feet? or for you to bind your feet to make them smaller? Thats just looking for things to complain about. If I were you I would be happy that he has to stretch to find something to tease about.

9 isn't big. i'm not a 9 but some of my friends and my sisters wear that size and their feet don't look big to me. are your feet bigger than his? if they are then maybe he is jealous. a size 12 on a girl on the other hand IS big. be glad u don't wear a 12, i think that would suck cuz u wouldn't be able to find as many cute heels!

It sounds like a great relationship.
If it really hurts your feelings, tell him and he should stop.
I have friends with bigger feet than that. I have a friend, a girl who has size 10 and another girl who wears size 11.
I wear a size 7 1/2, but I'm small so they fit my size, and I am stable. I've never broken my ankle or twisted or sprained it and I rarely lose my balance, in reply to doctorhand.

People with tiny feet see people that have normal size feet as people with big feet.
No grief for me, I have not just feet but a good foundation.

I have size 9 feet as well (sometimes wear 9.5 or 10 too). You can't help your foot size:) If you were tiny and had that size feet, it may look a little funny, but I am about 5'7".

to me your feet are small. and i call my own feet boats i wear a size 13 but then again... i am 6'2 sooo i have no problem with my big feet because if they were any smoaller i wouldnt be able to stand up

im a size 9....no one really cares though..it depends on your height though if your 5"2 then size 9 wuld be big but if your 5"8 size 9 would be just right or whatever

Size 9 is a perfectly normal size. Your husband is an a**hole to tell you your feet are big when they are perfectly normal.

u should tell him how much it bothers u for 1 thing, and ask him did he marry u for ur feet, whats the deal? i dont think a size 9 is big, dont let it get to ya.
