The first anniversary is the "paper" anniversary (like silver and diamonds are for later ones) so something sweet and unique would be for you to make her (going by your avatar you are a guy) a bouquet of origami roses or if you want to go all out, 1,000 paper cranes for the good luck of your marriage. Paper, is the first anniversary gift to give. Find a nice
First Anniversary Card. They sell them as 1st, 2nd,3rd
and so on. And a picture of the happy pair, in a nice
frame, is a nice gift. AS a photo is paper. Good luck!!!

A little romance and just a ton of luv. Give your mate all the love that they can handle. Not just sex, actual love and if that includes sex then give it up to. Little things big things just give all you can for every anniversary including the first. You will be suprised at how much you will gain if you give your all for each and every successful year that you love one another.

Go on a vacation. If you want to save money, then instead of overseas, go to nearest town. Pick a nice hotel to stay, not cheap motel. Have a good dinner.
