You will find most of your negative thoughts are focused on things that might or might not be problems tomorrow or down the road in the future. Practice forgetting about tomorrow and simply deal with today's problems today. At the end of the day you will feel a great deal of positive satisfaction and look forward in a positive way to dealing with tomorrows issues tomorrow. Good luck with this.

I focus my life on the positive which I learned from studying the Bible. Its loaded with practical, positive information. I also know that when my thoughts turn toward the negative, I am really tired, so I turn my thoughts to God until I can find a place to lay down and rest for a while.

i tell myself that i'm still an extremely lucky person and only see the wonderful things around me. i also stay away from negative people. Listening to good music also helps a lot.

Keep telling yourself over & over again that you are DETERMINED to be Optimistic and you will stay positive. And you will not allow NO one to make you think differant. YOU CAN DO THIS, Because whenever you set your mind to something IT IS DONE. IT'S A DONE DEAL. You Go Boy STAY FOCUS

this is a question which is on the mind of many people...the most effective solution is really to learn to look for the 'good' in everything....in people in situations....everything...its like a habit....the more you practice it the better you become....negativity brings you no where...but whatever you do, dont start drinking or smoking thats the worst mistake!

Just remember... there is no tomorrow! (that means you focus on the here and now). If you want to live in a happier now, you can't waste your time and energy on the bad stuff.

write down everything which makes you negative. This is the first step. You need to analyze yourself and discover yourself.

I do it through prayer,talking with a good friend and getting involved,100% in my job. It ain't easy, sometimes. Good luck,friend.
