is there any trick to slimming down quickly? if so...what is is?!?!

Losing weight is something that has to be done over time; there is nothing safe that will take off a significant amount of weight in a short period of time. Make a reasonable goal for losing weight...one or two pounds a week until you get where you are at an appropriate weight for your height and age. Please don't do anything drastic to hurry things up; that's just inviting health problems when what you should do is focus on improving your health by being at a proper weight.

5 weeks ? Cut back on carbs... workout or excercise EVERYDAY religously
