Limewire Trouble?

Question

Lets say everytime i exit out of Limewire, it keeps trying to reopen even though i didn't tell it too. So i figured maybe uninstalling Limewire would fix the problem, but it still is trying to reopen Limewire. How can i fix this problem. I'm wanting to reinstall Limewire, but it will probably continue to do the same thing. Once i have reinstalled it, how do i fix the problem. I hope you can help me.

Well.... Whenever yiu just press close limewire but simply pressing cross (x) on the top, it won't get closed and it'll get minimized into your system tray. This means it is still running. So you have to locate it at bottom right corner (Near clock) and then right click on its icon and say Exit/Shut down. And you are done. Limewire is closed. But whenever you'll startup windows, limewire will gets automatically started and sits at the bottom left corner. If you want limewire to stop this, then just go in the options and remove startup on windows.

Mine did that too, and i uninstalled and a little box sayin somethin about limewire kept popping up, so i just restored my computer to when it didn't do that.

If you got XP, go back to a restor point were limewire isn't on there.

Then get Kazaa Lite or eMule, i think they are alot better.

Best way to fix it...uninstall it for good. It's junk and it's bundled with spyware and adware that messes up your system. Get rid of it and your problems will be solved.

Limewire is trash and loaded with bugs and other junk...get rid of it.

the same thing happend to me i uninstalled it and reinstalled it and the same thing still kept on happening.its probably a bug or a virus.
