well my child hood elementary school friend asked me this along time ago b4 i move to vegas when i was still living in cali she asked me this can i be your boyfriend i wonder what she means? why people need a gf or a boyfriend. i never had a gf and I never trusted any woman with my heart.

Maybe some people need a boyfriend or a girlfriend because that person must really like you for who you are. I called that true love. I never had a boyfriend in my life. I always hope for one. I don't want to be alone all the time. I just want a boy to love me for who I am. Most kids in my grade are already dating. It could happen. All I can do now is to wait for a boy to win my heart and have trust within.

People don't need a girlfriend or boyfriend; some people enjoy being on their own. Not so long ago women were expected to get married right out of high school and were not expected to work (except for being a librarian or typist). Men moved up the career ladder by proving they were "head of a household." Luckily we all now have the freedom to find careers we enjoy and jobs that can support us financially and emotionally. So, it's ok to be single. And it's ok to get married and have a family. It's your life... your choice. Enjoy!

some people are scared about the future, about coming home to an empty house and no one to love. i say you should be a girl's boyfriend if you are comfortable with it. and it sounds like youre not comfortable with this girl. you should start dating in your life when you are ready, and try not to be too picky, or you'll might miss out on a wonderful girl...

people need bf/gf because it is the very closest person to you but find the real one,,when you have bf/gf you can lean on him/her you can say your problems to him/her she/he can help you face the reality and help you stand up.....If you really love the girl just trust her..........
