Let them know up front that you are not interested in dating them. It will probably hurt them a little (or a lot), but it shouldn't last long. Then they can move their interest on to someone else so you and they will not have wasted time, angst and ego over something that wasn't going to happen. Communication is beneficial in all relationship types, and honesty, in most cases, is appreciated.

Then delicately tell them that you are flattered, but you are dating someone. This can sometimes back them off. Just pretend to have a boy friend and really believe it! Lie and say If you were not dating someone maybe you would, and if he says you can date us both then and only then you curse him out!

wow thats like the number one problem these days.................that actually happened to me where this guy kept iming me like everysingle day and i just wasnt into him cuz he wasnt like super hot or my type at all! but then after him IMing me for 1 month straight he started flirting and well i guess i started flirting back and now we hang out all the time but the sad part is i think im over him and i just wana be friends...........
bottom line--- dont get urself into something you cant handle :)

u get 2 pick whether or not u want 2 b around them. if not, tell them (nicely) obviously u dont want a little "tail" around u all the time (my little bro does that 2 me @ chinese school)

don't send them any signals. dont spend time alone with them. and if they start to make advances, push them away and just plain out say, im not interested
