Who would you prefer to wake up next to in the morning?

Well I have dated abusive Republican men, but not for long..I am getting married soon to a wonderful man that is a Democrat....He's a professional baseball player... I wont disclose his name to disrupt his image as a ballplayer and role model to children.

liberals would like you to think that they do, but really the conservatives do and here's why.
liberals feel sorry for everybody and want to help, but sometimes the best help is the help you give yourself. if you have a problem, the liberals will coddle you and create an environment that is conducive to pity and low self-esteem, blaming everybody else for your situation. On the other hand, conservatives will encourage you to do do better, and focus on positive proactive ways to make better decisions and better your situation.
conservatives preach individuality, while liberals prefer group identity. therefore, a conservative will appreciate you for the things that make you unique, an individual, while a liberal will appreciate you for your group status, ex: popular, rich, type of car, etc.
if you know what is good for you, and have a firm grasp on reality, then you already know conservatives have the biggest hearts, because they are the ones who want you to succeed. liberals are always angry, yelling, and trying to scare you into depression, submission, and taking away your individuality and freedoms.

neo-cons couldn't trust their government, Liberals are free spirited not tied down to any mind frame. I am a liberal per-say. I would want to wake up next to a neo-con for fear they don't trust. I suppose it really doesn't matter what you are you can still have a big heart.

Next to in the morning. 1. Dame Diana Rigg, 2. Sophia Loren, 3. Miss Piggy. I likes them classy chicks thats can act.

Your answer is the classical “Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; Teach a man to fish and you feed him for life.”
Liberals tend to want to give a man a fish everyday for the rest of his life. Soon the man has no self respect and will demand more and more handouts. While a conservative, will what to teach the man how to fish. The man will not only feed himself, but also gain self respect.
I know this is a simplistic answer, but frankly, your question is pretty simplistic too.

Most conservatives wouldn't give a drowning man a drink of water if there was nothing in it for them.
Liberals are definitely bigger hearted.

neocons, at least in the foreign policy sense, represent a traditional liberal viewpoint. The US's Liberal/Conservative labels are confused. Republicans are economic and foreign policy liberals. Democrats are social liberals. Thats what happens when you have only two parties, they become incoherent.

Both these groups have big hearts, when it comes to looking after their own interests. But that doesn't worry me too much, what bothers me is the size of their brains................
As for waking up next to......... it's a hard one to call......but rather a Liberal.

I would prefer to wake up in the morning with someone I love and someone who loves me as much as I love him. Politics do not belong in the bedroom.

My husband is a moderate...with mostly conservative leanings. I like waking up next to him in the morning.
