Removing teeth won't make any difference unless yours are the size of a horse's, which I doubt. Plastic surgeons can remove the buccal fat pads from the cheeks to give your face a slimmer appearance, but when you're old, you'll just look sunken in.

You'd want to remove your molars, the back teeth, but if you do, you can expect to have a thin face while you're eating like a rabbit with only your front teeth. Think about how THAT would look.

That is one of the dumbest things I have ever heard. Removing teeth is PERMANENT!
As you get older, you lose fat cells in your face and will end up looking like an old lady whose teeth rotted out.

None!! Please do not remove your teeth. Not only will it not make your face look thinner, it could make your face look older and saggy! If you find a dentist that will remove your healthy teeth, I hope he/she loses their license to practice.
