Do away with unnecessary expenses, Internet, if you live at home , cell phones. The most important thing is to have a good job and provide for your family. Don't think you can do this after you get married. To many people rush into marriage because all there friends are getting married.

what? saving for wedding? it works if you still has ten or more years.....

first of all, try to list all of your expenditure,
some creditcard give discount, on some place, so pick your shopping spot.
if you pet animal, sell their chubbies, if you plant your own food, that's good,
cooking is cheaper then eating at resto,
wash your clothes in a week interval? or 3 days will do

How about voluntarily lowering the credit limit of your credit card(s) so that you may not overspend?
Cut down on air-con consumption.
Cut down on "luxury" items, eg. very expensive dresses, high priced accessories, shoes, watches, ....
Go to cheap places for your food.
Do you hobbies require a lot of money?

All the best for your wedding. :-)

If you eat fast food, stop eating it and cook food at home. That's always much cheaper, and better for you too! Good luck with the wedding!

Best tip anyone could give you...

When you get your paycheck, the first check you should be writing is to your savings account.

If you don't have it to spend, you won't spend it.
