there are scar creams you can buy. but mostly you need to drink lots of water to prevent more stretch marks and help the ones you have. if you are a girl you need 72 ounces of water a day to be healthy. more if it is hot

I've always used cocoa butter. It may take awhile but it works. It lightens up the stretch marks and then eventually they fade away.

cocoa butter stretch marks just don't disappear they will fade with time most people have stretch wheter you are skinny or heavy from exercising to much

Unfortunately stretch marks are scars and are permanent. Some people are lucky and do not get them.

Vitamin E softgels........poke a hole in one and squeeze out the VItamin E, rub it on the stretch marks.
