Nothing, theoretically. If one goes by the 'survival of the fittest' theory, since net-potatoes rarely leave their houses, the human race will become very not-net-potatoeish simply because they rarely leave their houses, and rarely engage in sexual intercourse. Simply put, net-potatoes are a dieing breed.

I think you summed it up well. Potatoes tend to lose their healthiness too early in life to such things as early diabetes and heart disease. Some exercise is needed to perpetuate the species in its best mode.
