First of all,just because you'll soon be 45,you don't
have to dress like a bag lady.But---You also, need to
realize--You're NOT 22 anymore,either!
I , personally think you need to be true to yourself! In
other words, You can love yourself at ANY age. But-- no
matter How Sexy you look, it's ridiculous to try to be
someone you aren't.
If you DON'T want to hear people snicker at you, dress
your age. They have come out with some beautiful
fashions for us,"older women." :) And,yes,it's took society a
LONG time to realize that women are Beautiful.. at all ages!

Congrats!!! You aged gracefully. You love yourself and that makes you feel young. I think you could act your age when you are with your fellow friends with the same age group but in the way you should dress since you feel pretty you could dress like in your 30's. My mom is like you. You are not immature.
Getting older by the minute but never gonna be my age.
I wanna be 18 forever.
Why would anyone wanna grow old? Sure there’re times you must but most the time, I’ll rather just stay 25 (not too young, but old enough to think =>). Well I hope so.

Honey, you act how you feel. Do not worry what others think because if you worry about what others think, you will never be happy. Live how you are happy. I am not exactly a spring chick and I am told that I need to act older than 18 and I am 33 with 5 kids. I live like I am happy. I use to care what others thought and I was miserable. If I am happy being me, people that do come in contact with me now say I seem happier. I feel happier and I don't feel as much stress

You shouldn't think that just because of your age you automatically have to join the knitting club. You should think about your age in a more positive way. Just because you are no longer 22 and maybe don't look right in leather anymore, doesn't mean you still can't look like a HOT MOMMA!! Don't give away your free spirit and sexiness just because your getting older- i mean age happen to the best of us.

I think it's absolutely fantastic that you still feel young. Just act as free as you want, BUT the trick is to never dress too young. There's nothing trashier than a middle-aged woman in ripped jeans and a midriff-baring top. Ladies, PLEASE abercrombie is for your daughter.
It's awesome that you're in good physical shape. Take advantage of that and try challenging things that people your age normally don't try-rock-climbing, cycling, etc.

I agree with the other answers, don't feel you have act to differently, ever. and you shouldn't care about what people think. And really, is a 45 year old supposed to act a certain way? Say's who?

As long as you are not hurting anyone, why limit yourself...?
I am near your age, and also childless. I wish I can say the same about the physical condition though.... Have a great time.

Just enjoy life. Act as young as you feel, don't act the way other's expect you to act at your age. I'm 52 and I don't act it or feel it. I have a rocking chair, but I have a lot of years to go before I'm sitting in it and knitting my life away :-)

you should definitely act your age. It isn't so sexy when a 45 year old tries being sexy but there isn't anything wrong with you being lively and happy, just stay in your limits.
