I need help on regestering and they ask me for my VIP number?

Where does the VIP number come from?
This is for poetry .com
I have to regester and I did, next they wanted a VIP number.
I was lost at that point, went everywhere on the site for anwser, no luck. hope someone out there can help me please?

do I make up my own VIP# ? they don't give any info on such a question.

I tried this site too and didn't get passed VIP and couldn't find a "Contact Us" anywhere
