You know she recently married the boy she went to jail over. That boy is now 24 and she's 40 something. They have two kids together and seem to be really happy as a family.

I don't know much about it.
But it sure seems she likes 'em young and spunky!
W/o knowing much of the case, on the surface, there must be something he really likes/loves in her; so, i say, "The Best of Jolly British to them both".
Let's hope life will yet become really rewarding for them both.
After all, you do see a lot of 25 year-old girls on the Net, quite happy to date and connect with guys of 50 and even 60, at times!
They have their reasons for looking for such relationships.
I can only say, "God Bless them all"!!

I am not surprised that her husband and four children moved to Alaska. That action should send a message to all of us. She had an obligation to her children to be there for them and she clearly was not. When she committed a felony, she put at stake her children's well-being. She risked getting caught and she was.
When the judge was lenient, she took advantage of the situation and landed herself in jail. That shows extremely poor judgment and lack of control on her part. She didn't take responsibility to seek counseling to address her problem. She took no responsibility for any of her six children and forced her responsibility onto others.
Additionally, one should not forget that she was a teacher, in a position of trust. She caused great harm to the profession, to the school community and to those that had to handle the mess that she created.

I feel she ruined his life. She stole his innocence. But only in time will she realize her mistake. I say good luck to them. Good Lord knows they need it!

Well....to me their relationship still has an ick factor to it, even though he's well past legal age now. They make me cringe.
