Hey there, I'm 14.
I volunteer at a camp in the summer and they usually pay me but its considered community service since its such a small amount.
You need working papers, I got them from my guidance counselor at my school so you'd probably be able to get them there or at a library or some such place.
Places like the library or something like that may even have jobs too.
If you feel liek your expertise is in computers or electronics you could start your own service, like computer repair or something. Place ads in places where you see a lot of ads, but remember to be safe.
There are usually some places openly asking for teen workers so you may just need to ask around at your local deli and such.
But be safe though and good luck.
And don't sell drugs.

1. buy a bunch of candy in bulk 2. say it is for some charity... make up a charity that will really touch the hearts of the people you are selling it to. ex. If you are selling to african-americans says its for AIDS in africa. Have a different type of fake charity ready for each one of your customers. Remember, The better you fool them the more money you will make.
