lip reading?

i would like to learn to read lips ... can anyone give some advice?

I would love to give you advice, but I only knew some one who could read lips. She could hear very little so you had to look at her. She taught my band when I was younger. She was a very wonderful women and I respected what she had to do. Hope you want to learn how to read lips for a good reason, and that it comes easily to you.

Try to read the lips of news reporters on news channels like CNN and FOX. The reporters on these stations enunciate the words very clearly.

if you turn on the tv but mute it, this may help. maybe even mute an old movie that you know the words to so you can learn how the lips move for certain sounds.

Go about your normal everyday life looking at people while they talk to you....just do it with your fingers jammed deep into your ear - soon it will become second nature to you (lip reading, not sticking your fingers in your ears) :).

lolz thats kinda hard eh? um look closely at their lips and try to think of what they might be saying but hey im no expert myself-lol.

i would be serious first think and discuss with another person and then check to see if that person was talking to you about the same thing.if that dint work just go on and look real closely.
