Ross's and Old Navy.

Fashion Bug & Cato have cute, inexpensive clothes (in petites and plus sizes)...and Old Navy has very reasonable prices....actually, they are down right cheap sometimes! I wouldn't shop anywhere else if my fat butt could actually fit into their clothes...LOL

Although I've never shopped there myself...TJ Max supposedly had really inexpensive name brand stuff. Target and Sears probably have low prices as well (I used to shop at Sears all the time and got great deals on clothes).

If you are looking for shoes and accessories...Payless Shoe Source is great...but for athletic or gym shoes...I'd go name brand...but you might be able to find a good pair for $40...but they usually run more like $60+

Claire's also has great accessories for cheap and they always have great sales...and man, their stuff is so friggin' cute...I'm 28 years old and still go there!!!!

You may be able to find something at Dollar General or Big Lots...but a lot of their stuff is 'dorky'...but once in awhile there is something totally cute!!!! Probably could get a lot of cute accessories at Big Lots.

Hmmm...that's all I can think of right now. Have fun!

EDIT: I've seen a lot of suggestion for Wal-mart...they have totally cute stuff for probably the best prices you will ever find! I used to shop there all the time...but I moved to a dinky, po-dunk town-the only place to buy clothes here is Walmart and when I started seeing other people around town wearing my clothes...I quit buying clothes there. Sucks, because I love Walmart.

Target and Walmart have come out with new trendy and fashionable clothing that are decent and nice looking if you are really on a budget. Otherwise, department stores should be having their end of summer sales going on. JC Penney and Dillards should have really good sales. Check American Eagle or Aeropostale too for their clearance sales.

Well for accesorries, you can try Icing or claires maybe, they sell alot of earrings, necklaces, bracelets belly rings, rings, hair goods, belts sometimes and even lipglosses and other cool and cute stuff. It's not really that expensive and sometimes they even have things for half off or something. You can try Hmmm try your local mall, go and see all the shoe stores, sometimes they have little shoe stores and they doo sell cute shoes for like 19.00 or sometimes even 18.00 for clothes try seeing all the small stores in the mall they always have cute thing even if they aren't "designer" stuff or whatever...... hate "designer" stuff

well good luck, hope this helped

Target is awesome. Not only is it reasonable priced, but it has really nice stuff. In addition, it invites high-end designers to do design stints with them once in a while. Last time it was Luella Bartley(!) and now I think they're doing Tara Jarmon. You can go to their site, target.com, for store locators.

Always check the clearance racks of stores the other girls your age are shopping. Sometimes you can really get some great deals by doing this.

If you have a Rue 21 close to you, you're in luck. Adorable clothes (some of it kinda hoochie, but...). Honestly, it's not the best quality, but for their prices, I LOVE them! BTW, our Rue 21 is in the mall if that's any help.
