Someone is using Yahoo to send fraudlent emails, what should I do.?

Outside Citizen of an International Unknown Country is soliciting for wire fraud using a Yahoo email account and contacting ebayers to (over)pay by fradulent money order and wire him a commision, what should I do.

Report and file a complaint in the nearest court where you live against the sender of the fraudulent emails for violating the Electronic Communications Law or whatever law/s applicable to your case depending upon what country you live.
