I am not sure if i should pay them and then fight for the reimbursement later or not. they have the vehicle at this time and say that they will not give it until i pay. I told them that i would take them to small claims court and that didnt seem to bother them

OK..is your car finished? Drivable??? Take the contract down there with all receipts showing paid..take copies..keep your originals at home...and show then you have paid. If they refuse..well go back with a couple really big guys...lol coppers. They should be able to make them release the vehicle....

Get a lawyer or take them to court!! U shouldnt have to pay 700 for anything if you signed a contract stating they would pay..
