don't listen to the mexican attire other people are talking about. dress in something classy but not like a prom dress. and don't outshine the birthday girl. Maybe a nice evening dress with high heels.

Wear a nice classy dress. Dont wear a Prom dress, the birthday girl should be the one on the spotlight. Wear something you would wear to a club for dancing, but not a hoochie dress.

That would really depend onthe type of party the girl's family is throwing. The best way to know what to wear would be to ask her or her parents. I'm sure they would be willing to give you assistance. Then you would also bypass being embarassed for being over- or underdressed.

Most of the time a Quinceañera is a formal event. You might want to check if the event is going to be indoors or outdoors, also ask what kind of music are they going to have so you can get an idea of what kind of outfit you might want to use when you dance.

formally but remember you are a guest (unless your a special guest) dont try to dress better than the special guest the "damas" or the quinceñera herself
