smart with me and is always fighting with my 6 yo daughter. Should I kick this boy to the curb or have him Jimmy Hoffa'd???

He says he fights with her because I spoil her, but I try to tell him that he is not her father and she knows she doesn't have to do what he says.
He gets easily aggitated. I keep telling him that he needs to have more patience with her. Especially since he wants to be a police officer and will be dealing with much worse.

He's 19 and he is not your responsiblity. Give him a 30 day deadline to get out of your house. When the 30 days are up, pack up his stuff and put it outside or take him to another relatives. Change your locks. It's tough, but you shouldn't have to put up with that kind of behavior.
