The dean manages how the school of law operates including the admission of students to the school. He will decide on the requirements for admission and have the discretion to admit students who are qualified.

That would be the Dean of Admissions.

Dean of Law School is to hire/fire the professors and maintain a good image for the school and arrage speakers to come in and such, a fairly easy job.

I am not sure of this but i would think her responsibilities are somewhat along the lines of a principal but on a larger scale. I also believe that there is a board that makes admittance decisions and not just one person

He decides who does not go to the school. Also if you get into trouble, he/she would decide if you stay in school.

YES. WITH SCHOOLS WITH UPPER JOBS LIKE THAT THE DEAN GOES THRU YOUR RECORDS AND YOUR ACHIEVMENTS AND DECIDES IF HE/SHE WANTS YOU OR THINKS YOUR CAPABLE TO BE IN HIS SCHOOL SYSTEM.
