There are a number of reasons that could be why...perhaps he has a low sperm count...perhaps you're not very fertile...you can both be checked by a doctor to determine where the issue lies if becoming pregant is a desire...or just keep doing what you are doing...ya may be surprised one day...

you can't just "get pregnant" all the time. You have to be ovulating in order to get pregnant. Also, either of you could be infertile and it may take a little more than monitoring your cycle.

You may be having sex when you are not ovulating. Unless you have a problem conceiving be patient and you will get pregnant. However, how old are you? Why are you trying to get pregnant?

There are only certain days of the month that you can get preg. so many days before your period and so many after.well thats true for most women, lve known some that even got preg. on there period.
