Most vehicles have a relay that works the daytime lights. find it, unplug it, and the lights go out. ( I would recommend leave it alone).

If there is no bypass switch, then set your emergency brake "1" click or notch. This should do the trick. No gaurantee, but, it works on many G.M. vehicles. The important thing is, ONLY 1-CLICK!! This way you won't put any drag or pressure on your pads or rotors. If your Endeavor is like my Jimmy, and has no clicks when E-brake is applied, just turn the key enough to turn on running lights, and, slowly push in E-brake until they go out. Won't take much at all. I hope this works for ya! Oh, your "brake" light on your instrument cluster MAY come on when you do this though.

Check and see if your local Mitsubishi dealer's parts dept. will tell you. They may have a way to disable the DRLs. I know that on Chevrolets, you push the 'dome override' button (to disable the dome light) three times rapidly, and thhat will turn off the DRLs. You have to do it every time you start the car, though. The Endeavor may or may not have a similar feature.

Im sorry but you cant turn off the lights. Alot of cars are now being built where when the vehicle is turned on the lights automatically come on.
