Did you ever hide or bury money and forget where you put it?

When I was a kid, I had a coffe can full of change and buried it. Never could find where exactly I'd buried it. Has anyone else ever done something like this?

I havnt yet...

My mother(who has passed) was quite famous for it.
After she passed, we found small amounts stashed in the most ingenious of places. I was surprised, tickled, and proud of how clever she was.

I do, however, find $ in the dryer or washer. That comes from my inability to keep up with my things(purse, lighter, mind) so i carry $ in my bluejean pocket, then throw em' in the laundry. I always did like clean $

I've done something similar... I put twenty bucks in a book and somehow forgot about it... and when I was moving my books about 6 months later... I felt as if I'd won the lottery... (ah the joys of childhood)

Hid money and forgot where I put it - oh yea, that's a bummer too. However, when I do find it then that's like getting real lucky and coming up with free money.

Ahm i never buried money. When my piggy bank is full i go shopping.

I put a quarter in my belly button one morning thinking that I would never forget it was there... Sonofthing stayed there until I went to bed, it was funny.

I'll stick a ten or twenty somewhere so that when I really need it I'll have it.... and then I can never find it lol.
