Wash with a good cleanser and put some Neosporin or zit cream on it to prevent it from getting infected and leaving a dark scar.

I believe you can pop it and it break the other way back into your body. I have no idea if that is bad or not but I know it has happened to me before.

Get in to see a doctor ASAP! You can die from that type of thing around your face area from an infection that gets to your brain! Seriously, don't mess around! Better to be safe than sorry!!

clean and continue to monitor it. watch for unnatural color changes which could show infection.
