You can't. World leaders are each running a different team they do not work together they compete. They may have some common interests but they are each on a different team trying to win the game.
Perhaps if there was only one world leader instead of hundreds but then again Hitler tried that and it didn't work so well did it.

First thing I would do was get rid of the media. They wouldn't be allowed within 6000 miles of the meeting. Then swap leaders around the world for 60 days and let them live in the others shoes. Then I would put all the leaders around the table along with their experts and talk it all out. The business rules would be as follows......any ideas that smelled of political propaganda or didn't have long term lasting effects would be thrown out. Every ones ideas had to be listened to. If the majority vote wasn't the best solution for all the people involved it would go back to the table for more negotiating. Any ego's would have to be stripped. If you are a brutal dictator you lose points. If it involves money, they all give equally. Too many are generous with spending US dollars.
This should be good for starters.

I'd advise world leaders to not be politicians or leaders when working as a team, but rather work as an individual and a human being because that way there wouldn't be bias or misunderstanding. Yes, express your own opinion about a problem or a suggestion and everyone should be willing to accept it even go against it but with mannerism.

I would explain the meaning of life to them. Help them understand its delicate nature, its short term and its precious value. I would make them understand that we are all one people living in the same slender slice of time, with many similarities, many common concerns, and one cause -- to live beautiful, meaningful lives here on earth while providing a peaceful present and future world for our children. I would make them understand kindness, compassion, understanding, tolerance and love.

I would say that they need to first listen instead of thinking about what they are going to say next. This gives the speakers respect if you don't give respect you will not receive an open ear.
