I think if you are comfortable and your parents approve of what you wear, it should be okay.
Though you really should think about the message you want to send people about yourself, because the way you dress says alot.
Like have you ever seen someone dressed slutty or with very tight clothing on and thought something negative about that person because of it, even when you don't know that person?
I am guilty of that myself, just be careful and get your parents opinion on it.
As far as health goes, well, tight clothing does not let certain parts breathe if you know what I mean.

Tight clothes generally attract more attention, but not the good kind.

If you think about it, if you see a girl with really tight clothes on, you don't automatically think, "What a respectable young woman".

It really depends on what kind of attention you want. If you want boys to notice you, but not respect you at all, wear really tight clothes. If you want respect from people, you have to wear clothes that fit properly.

Depends how young. You don't want to be a kid attracting unwanted attention particularly with the rise of all the freaks on the loose. I think you should always wait to an age where you are adult enough and fend for yourself. In fact, I don't even like when my female adult friends go out late at night in tight clothes around here, it worries me. During the day it's ok, but in the night I most of the times make question of taking them wherever.

No,it don't look respectable. Wearing tight pants can cause yeast infection. That don't feel good or smell good either for a young girl. For any woman for that matter

its fine but you need to understand that not all men are nice, they may talk to you nice, they may make you feel special, but they are only after one thing.
