i don't really know what to do here but... o.k here it goes.
2 days ago i was having a shower and came to my bed room and when i was lying down to get my pants my dog jumped up on the bed and started humping me (it's a male) i was toatly shocked because that was the first time a animal (man) muscle actuly has gone past the skin and inside me.
My older sister said that i may be sick because her friend was humped by a horse and had to have a operation.
i'm toataly frighten and don't what to tell any1 what happened except my sister but she was not much help.
PLESE HELP ME!

I wouldn't worry about it. It wasn't something you chose to do. Be more careful in the future. Always close the door when you are changing clothes.
The other thing I would do is to punish the dog whenever it humps anything. Dogs don't have to do that and dogs that are well trained, don't. This hasn't happened to me in a long time but
It was always very irritating when I was a guest in someones home and their dog kept trying to hump my leg. It was especially aggravating when the host made excuses for the dog instead of disciplining it.
Also, don't worry about those idiots who criticized you. As long as this is a truthful question, there is nothing wrong with you. I used to work as a Registered Nurse on a psychiatric unit in a hospital for many years, so I know. Things happen, you were caught off guard, and no harm done.
I wouldn't tell any one about this, you have done that here, where you are anonymous. Most people wouldn't under stand. There is nothing wrong with you. Even though you asked that only adults answer this question, by there answers, I suspect that all the people who were critical of you couldn't be more than 13 y/o.

dont worry, you wont get pregnant, its not like anything really happened that requires medical attention, unless it was a really big dog. you should go to the doc just in case the dog might have a disease
