4 of us are taking a trip to Boston the second week of August. Does anyone have any recomendations for a hotel that's in a great area, but isn't that expensive? Any help is greatly apreciated!!

go to Framingham east on RT.9 there should be some comfort inns, and past that town is Southboro which there is a motel thats like 69 dollars a night- (i 4get the name) both towns are just 15 or 20 minutes outside of boston..
you could always local search these towns on your local yahoo search engine under motels.. (motels always are cheaper)..

ps. stay outta the ways of all the Big Dig crap ( the tunnels) this is where you will have most of your worries and frustration! lol

You have to go outside of Boston to save on hotels,
Like to Chelmsford. Boston is very expensive. Try Hotwire or Priceline for a deal.
