why do people continue working where they hate it, causing drama, everyne hates them, just waiting to be fired

So annoying -- we have a woman like this; she is always fighting with everyone, getting put on probation, saying she will sue b/c she feels harassed and so no one will fire her, yet.. they're just waiting for the right situation. WHY WHY would someone not just go get a different job?

I went to the Patent Office to register some of my inventions.

I went to the main desk to sign in and the lady at the desk had a form that had to be filled out. She wrote down my personal info and then asked me what I had invented.

I said, "A folding bottle."

She said, "Okay, what do you call it?"

I said "A Fottle."

"What else do you have?"she asked me.

I said "A folding carton."

"And what do you call it?"

I said "A Farton."

She snickered and said, "Those are silly names for products! And one of them sounds kind of crude."

I was so upset by her comment that I grabbed the form and left the office without even telling her about my folding bucket.

A normal person would go to a different job. This lady must feel comfortable there..... are you sure you're not giving her a reason to stay?

I also agree with Spikeslady. The market is really crappy right now. This lady probably has no alternative. If she is mentally ill, they can't fire her because of the actions that result from her mental illness, that would be discrimination. :( So unfortunate.

I'm sure in this world there is more than one woman who is unhappy at her miserable job and wants to go elsewhere but can't afford to, etc. etc. etc....

*Sigh* Wouldn't it be great if people could just be NORMAL?

She probally is waiting to get fired so she can collect unemployment, or maybe she is trying to look for a excuse to sue them. OR she could just be a drama queen and feeds off this sort of stuff.

Why should she when she is getting all that attention? That is the bottom line, she wants attention, just like a bad child that will act bad to get negative attention. At least someone knows she is alive. Try some positive feed back with her, and see what happens.

she is having personal problems or is depressed and wants to share her misery with the world. She probably hates her job but cannot afford to quit because it is her only income. Hopefully the right situation comes up so that they can terminate her and let everyone get on with their lives.

I used to hate him because everyone else did. I jumped on the bandwagon because it regarded cool. i'm 16 and male, yet his music is superb. I under no circumstances appeared previous it to verify the upstanding Christian below it. He replaced his hair type because human beings made interesting of it, and he replaced his existence type because human beings made interesting of it. each and every thing sturdy and undesirable about Justin Bieber comes from his relations's values and how human beings take care of him from the web.
