I like the new policies. Especially the fact that you can vote for a best answer after 4 hours, because many times you don't get new answers after the first 15 or 20 minutes anyway.

I like the new time periods. I can choose after 4 hours or wait up to a week for my usual crew to weigh in.

That is enough time...the long you let your question stay out there, the more you get stupid answers from people surfing for 2 points.
