Because they assume they look "sexy" and "hot" by constricting their blood flow. In reality, they look like idiots. Another good example of the media brainwashing us.

i dont know this one girl i know refuses to get anything bigger than a size 3 and shes 5'1 and like 130lbs...its pathetic
