What do I do with a global.asa file and database connection strings?

I am working on (school project) connecting an access database to a frontpage generated website, so I used the ASPmaker software to generate the connection strings. I am not sure what to do next with the connection strings I have generated? I have all the pieces, but not sure how to put them all together? Help.

The global.asa goes in the root directory. Then the connection string within the global.asa is called from the executing page. Go to ASPAlliance.com for further details
