You can sue him because he cannot just let you work without issuing any explain why letter for you to answer. There was no due process in this case. Under the labor law, an employee could be validly denied his work if the procedural process was observed.

The term you used for going to the bathroom could be considered rude, vulgar, and disrespectful. If you said that to your boss you probably will get sent home w/o pay. And what damages?? You were the rude one.
Some lines between management and workers are somewhat blured due to casual interaction, but there should still be some sort of respect. Maybe you don't think the term "piss" isn't vulgar. I use it myself. But I would never say it to my boss in conversation, and he refers to me as his "adopted daughter". Wow.

Dont think ya can. However.............Be glad you have a job! Fowl language in most work places is not tolerated. And I just Love how people try to find ways to sue! Such a sue happy society! What loosers, trying to make an easy dollar!
