That would be when you spread malicious or intentional lies about someone. That kind of behavior is NOT acceptable. A group of people was suspended from Yahoo Answers a couple months ago for doing exactly the same thing you're doing now. This is not a threat. This is a promise. Last time, I didn't even HAVE to report those people for it. I don't think I will have to this time either.
Let me explain this again, Sweet Heart. Sgt K is in the US. I am in Germany. Unless I've somehow perfected a way to be in two places at the same time, we are NOT the same person.
I don't NEED anyone to vindicate me for my point of view. I use facts, not opinions and suppositions, and I don't give a damn what anyone else thinks.
I hate to rant against you this way, but I figure since you have no contact info, this is the only other possibility.
This goes to everyone though: We need to avoid slander and libel. Those actions are HIGHLY unethical.

Can anyone tell me where on my 360 page it says I'm in the US?

Not even going to bother with the last two. Sgt K and fubar were never ON my friends list. I have no Yahoo.com blog page. My only blog is on 360. I don't need to use Yahoo Deutschland because I'm not German. And never have I said I am. The last two are a perfect example of libel/defamation of character. I'm glad someone chose to provide an example. Couldn't have planned it better myself.

Slander and libel are both forms of defamation. In most jurisdictions, defamation = 1) a statement of fact about a person 2) that is false and 3) that is defamatory (would tend to injure one's reputation.

Libel is written defamation. Slander is nonwritten defamation.

Note: although true statements can never give rise to liability for defamation, the burden of proving truth or falsity can vary across jurisdictions and depending on context. (I.e., if the plaintiff is a public figure or public official, or the statement touches upon a matter of public concern, the plaintiff has to prove falsity).

Yes why would you want to harass people when you can't tell the truth? Is it a mental condition and you just can't help it? Where is your Yahoo Deutschland pages and email address? Are you some kind of Terrorist hiding in America we should be worried about or something like that? You must be special with a Satellite up-link or something or maybe just another hacker on Yahoo...Jesus will take you back though if you repent your lies to people... Good luck with all that, but we ask if you stay away from our pages from now on...We don't' know who or what you are now.

Why did you hide your American Yahoo.com blog page then? Shouldn't you be local using Yahoo Germany (Deutschland) like every other German does for a connection? You really must think people are stupid, I'm in London using the BT services...you can look if you want..UK Ireland they're right at the bottom of every yahoo page. We already looked at your page, and the rest of your profiles pages, so you know we know the truth. Aren't you supposed to be a Christian?

Well, personally I think that attacking anyone because of their point of view is immature, so the whole thing is crazy to me. But I can see where they would get the idea you ARE in the US because of the places you listed as living in before. It says nothing about your "current" place of residence, but the other ones are all within the US.

Again, I think this is silly, and I am not in agreement with any of this stuff. Just putting in my 1/2 cent worth. Thanks for listening. . .

I agree...but technically nothing on this site can be construed as "slander" (spoken lies)
