I was 40 also and did not know what I wanted. I decided to go back to uni and learn about the law. I did this for 1 year and got a job as a parole officer, which I loved. However, this was not meant to be and now I am working in a government agency that polices public transport in-and-around the law. It's the best job I have ever had and Im very happy.
Good luck with your choices.

I am 36 and just finished six years at the cemetery, I don`t know what I want to be when I grow up. Haven`t had a steady job yet, but I am happy with my life now.

Will I suggest you take Employment course and explore your options. Try your local community college sometimes they offer employment type programs or go to a employment agency. I hope you make a choice soon, because you are running out of time.

Well, I'm 27 so I guess I'm already grown up. Since I was like 13, I've wanted to be a mortician.
