Yup, "How soon is now?" by the Smiths. Can't get more mopey than that, but it made me feel better and more optimistic once.
How weird is that?

It's Been a While by STAIND... When I heard it the first time I was breaking up with my boyfriend because I found out he was pretty heavy into drugs. All of the stuff I thought about until I heard the song was how he was really sweet and we were hardly apart. After I heard the song I realized that even though we didn't fight all the time we were mostly distant and the memories weren't what they semed to be.

Yes, "Hurt" by Johnny Cash its sad and corageous at the same time He manged to write and record this song while he was dying so I listen to it when I am feling low but then I think of the person and the condition they were in when were able to pull it together for that song and my problems don't seem so bad cause I aint dyin so i try not to complain too much.

Desperado by The Eagles - Definitely a depressing type song but does end with positive message - "Let somebody love you".

Loads mate, in fact pretty much VERVE's back catalogue has been the soundtrack to my life. Uplifting to me, drives the missus mad though.
