My friends are so use to me giving them money to help with this and that I'm tired now.I told one of my friends I could no longer pay her eletric bill,and she got mad but she has a man staying there now I told her get him to help you.Am I wrong?

No you are NOT wrong at all. It also sounds like she's not really your friend. You don't even live there and she wants money for HER bills..OMG don't give her anymore money. Seriously!
