Darlings, what would your reaction be if you found out that your love affair with us beautiful people was only one way traffic?

Twenty years as an actor, purely for the money, not in the scout hut and I have never heard a colleague espouse this rubbish.
Lots of people pretend they are actors but they're not.
Ninety per cent of Equity members are on the dole.
A goodly number of them either do not want to work or are not of any use to the industry.
The ten per cent, with whom I stand, just want to keep working and pay the bills, the same as anyone else.
It has nothing to do swanning around making florid statements like the would-be who started this.
Now get back to where you belong.

What a patronising thing to say.
Do you "beautiful people" realise that without us you'd be stacking shelves in Tesco's?
I've seen a lot of your questions and have noticed that you a) are desperate for us all to know that you are an actor/actress and b) appear to have no life or interests outside of the theatre.
I pity you.
