why is that alll liberals do is complain and offer no rational solutions to problems? can someone give me an answer.. or is it just that the liberals are just born that way?

adam s - this is not a complaint .. its just the truth.. i admit i do complain but for some reason i noticed that liberals do it more than others. i dont think that makes me a hypocrite.

I have been wondering the same thing for years.Most definitely, most never have solutions.They are sheep and just follow what others say with no originality.I know they all love fox news seeing that's all they talk about on here.
I'm sure mostly, they are just sick and tired of losing election after election is a big reason on why they are so vivid right now.Such a tiny minority they are.
And to see them continuously predict a huge victory in 08 is almost humorous seeing they couldn't even beat Bush.How do they think they have a snowball's chance in beating the likes of McCain or Rudy ? They will be eating crow by the dump truck for sure....

I don't think Liberals complain anymore than Conservatives. I don't know if you're old enough to remember the Clinton administration, but when he was in office, the conservatives complained night and day and they'll do it again should a Democrat win in 2008. That's just the way politics is. The other party always complains about the other. Anyone who doesn't believe this is just fooling themselves. Just wait and see if a Democrat wins in 2008....see how much the Conservatives will be complaining about anything and everything.

I'll tell you when the complaining will start waning - November 2006. And it will come to a dramatic end in November 2008. Then I suppose those other people will want us to be as sensitive to their whining, huh! And for the record Answer Man....in the last 50 years there have been 6 Republican presidents and 4 Democratic presidents so whose primarily responsible for this nations woes. Moreover, who was it that turned a deficit into a surplus - not a Republican for sure.

The Liberals are losing and it makes them mad.

They have tried to socialize the economy for the last 50 years. The New Deal and The Great Society have been tried and failed over and over again in the Untied States and else ware.

So, what is their alternative? More of the same. When are they going to stop complaining and admit they were wrong?

For the person who remember the Clinton years: We paid more in taxes, and lost our ability to see what the terrorist were doing. We cared more about some nut in Texas than we did about our own people. We paid higher interest rates to buy a home, if we could afford one and did not care about businesses filing for bankruptcy.
For the person who think only the liberals have ideas. Who instated tax relief that lowered my taxes? Who put more into educating our children? Who put us back on the playing field with the rest of the world? Ever hear of E85 in the 90's? Ever have a tax credit for improving the energy efficiency of you home in the 90's? If you could afford one. these only only a small list of things that DID happen and not just hot air.The list goes on but I know I am wasting my time with you. Time to get off the soap box. No matter who's in charge I am still proud to be an American.

It's over for the nutcase conservatives this election and they know it. Conservatism is dead and recent polls show landslide victory for Dem's this election.

They have ideas, but they can't voice them because they know that the majority of Americans disagree with them. So they complain and criticize in hopes that they can drum up enough weakminded individuals (like BeachBun up there) to vote for them.

There is a reason why they are out of power, and that will contiue in the future. They are bound to win an election now and again, but nothing that will be sustainable because they really have nothing to offer.

I dont think they're born that way, i think they are taught that way and our public schooling doesnt help. plus they are all hippies and there is no reason why any solution has to be RATIONAL it's suppose to be "if it feels good" and just go with the flow.
