Well...first let me say that since day one after this terrible act, I have said that she should just burn in hell. As a mother of four, it is absolutely impossible for me to accept what she did to her family. As it happens, last night I was channel-surfing and ended up watching the "Andrea Yates Biography" on A&E (I think). Anyway, as I watched the history I became a little more angry at her psychiatrists, mental health professionals, and her husband. This woman had multiple mental disorders for years. She had tried to commit suicide atleast twice. She was psychotic and delusional many times before this incident and hospitalized and released too soon several times. And then her husband was stupid enough to leave her alone with the kids when she was in an almost catatonic state and had not been interacting normally with her children for MONTHS. Don't get me wrong...I am not taking up for her AT ALL. I cried and cried during the program last night when they showed the pictures of the children that she killed. She should definately be put away for life. I just think, after hearing the whole story, (and being a psychiatric nurse myself), that this terrible tradgedy may have been prevented.

there are countless solid stats available to the outcome that diverse sections of the inhabitants receive diverse sentencing on common for an identical crime. obviously minority adult males lose those sweepstakes palms down. women persons are the winners, quite sympathetic/eye-catching/center class women persons. yet another no-brainer. women persons always do a lot less time for an identical crime and in significantly better humane prisons than adult males. it really is not any longer opinion. it really is reality. i will grant you with sources in case you choose them yet you could actual google it.
