Women rarely give birth on their due dates. A coincidence, yes, a sign, maybe. You could consider naming your child after your deceased friend.

I believe that it is.

When my brother was alive, he always swore that he'd have another son, and even had a name picked out.

My brother passed away on 12/7. I became pregnant over a year later. My son's due date was 12/7. After being told that I was probably having a girl repeatedly, I was very adamant that I was, indeed, having a boy. And I had the perfect name picked out. Well, after 6 ultrasounds...I was finally told that I was having a boy.

My son was born on 12/7. And I named him the only name that my heart could think of.

Yes, I believe. If it wasn't for miracles, there wouldn't be such a thing called life.

I don't believe that my son is a reincarnation of my brother. I believe in God, and in Heaven. But, in my heart I know that I made my brother proud.

Possibly, but it does not necesserally have to be a negative thing either I have a Sylvia Browne book and their was a women who came to her after she miscarried and she was currently pregnant and Sylvia told her that the soul of the baby she lost is also the same soul that she was carrying and the her baby that she was carrying was also her sister and mother in a past life so yes this could mean something also Sylvia gave her all of the birth information and Sylvia was only off by a couple of inches and minutes! Congratulations! If it is a girl are you going to name her after your friend anyways? I think that would be special especially if you have a girl and it is on your due date!

WOW! Just reminds me of my family. You should name your baby after your best friend if you like. I believe in reincarnation. Let me tell you about my family. About 3 years ago my grandfather died. A few weeks later, we found out that my Aunt was pregnant and was due around the same day when my grandfather was born. She gave birth to a healthy baby boy and named him after my grandfather. This year my uncle died and before he passed away he had a dream about my cousins baby, who is now 6 months pregnant, and told her that her baby is going to be a BOY! Later on that week, she had an ultrasound and the baby was indeed a BOY. So, she named him after my Uncle.

I really dont think your best friend would sit around waiting for 3 years for you to get pregnant to be reincarnated as your child. And even if that were the case then what's the likelihood of you delivering on the very date that she died? Even so, a large percantage of due dates are incorrect.

I am so sorry for the loss of your friend. This is just my opinion but I think its just coincidence. You could find a way, perhaps in your baby's name to honor or pay tribute to your late friend. I know its hard to lose some one that meant so much to you and we look for links or ties to keep us in touch with them. You can do that. I don't mean contact a medium or psychic. Decorate your child's room in a color or theme that was treasured by your friend. Congrats on the new arrival. My condolences on the lost of a loved one. I wish you the best.

It's a sign of a coincidence. There was a 1/365 chance.

Hope all goes well.

Hey, on Jan. 8th, nine months to the day that I went to Graceland, my daughter was born on Elvis birthday. Kinda weird. I don't know if its a sign, but you miss your friend and you want to believe that this baby is special..then do...and be happy. Best wishes to you and your little one.
