what is the computer in Belgium named the beast going to be used for.?

Is there such a computer? That reminds me of a sermon I heard forty years ago. The man was talking about the signs of the end times. I still remember a few. He said all the old kingdoms of Europe would unite and be under one coin. He said the weather would change. He said there would be earthquakes in divers (many) places He said the prophet said there would be "wonders in the heavens".He talked about plagues. He said something about the mark of the "Beast".
Did the prophet mean the EU under the Eurodollar? There is only one kingdom that hasn't joined yet. Did he mean "global warming"? Were wonders in the heavens visions of space travel ?Were plagues AIDS, Bird flu and a hundred other diseases? Earthquakes everywhere and now you mention a "beast".
There are several sources on the internet that claim such a computer does not exist in Belgium.
