both skirts are cute for more casual and dresses are usually more fancy but not always if i had to choose i would choose skirt because you can wear other stuff with it and a dress you just have a dress

Depends on where your going! If your going somewhere like to a wedding you might want to ware a dress but if your going somewhere like to a store or something a skirt would be good.

i hate dresses so i like skirts. because it makes you look hotter. unlike a dress.

well i would say both depending how the style is... theres definetly some long skirts but I guess both of them but first I need to see the style
