gundams.net has a message board where members host episodes. I just downloaded SEED destiny's 1st episode last night!
Of course, Lime wire is a great source as well.
Might I suggest buying an Asian import boxset from ebay like I did? one DVD at a store like suncoast costs what? 21 bucks? the WHOLE 50 episode series costs about 40 on ebay. and it is VERY good quality!

There are many sites that you can download from. Many sub clubs these are sites that give japanese anime a subtitle. But if you are looking for english I would suggest one of the p2p like limewire,emule, etc. If you have money you can use netflix. most anime can be ripped easily.

Go to seed.eatshoe.com and choose the episode you want to download. You also need bittorent to unpack it. OR you could use Limewire to download the videos...
