Do you sleep walk or talk in your sleep?

I have talked in my sleep a couple of times before.

Yeah, I've slept walked a lot. I got up one night when I was a kid and my mom found me trying to make a cake from a mix. A couple times she found me walking to the bathroom and getting into the bath tub to sleep. Once I stood over her while she was in bed asleep and scared the crap out of her when she woke up.

It got really bad when I started stripping. I woke up naked once under the tree in my front yard, one night I woke up and had taken all my clothes out of the closet. Those are just some of the times I know about, it's a bit freaky to think there are other times where I didn't leave any "clues" behind.

Since I went on antidepressants, my husband said I haven't done any wandering at all.

My grandfather used to sleepwalk too. He was like 10 in 1919 and the milk man found him outside rocking in the rocking chair at 5 am, it was 40 degrees below zero, he almost died.

I used to have night-terrors and walk in my sleep alot when I was a child but now I just talk in my sleep.

I walk in my sleep and quite frequently. Just a few nites ago my husband said I was in the kitchen in front of the refrigerator acting like I was climbing up it and he asked me what I was doing and I told him I was hanging the apples back on the trees. He told me to go to bed and he said I turned around and walked in the bedroom and got into bed.

I have done both in the past but haven't walked in my sleep in years now but I still do talk.

I think a few times I couldn't wake up for some reason and so in my dream I scream, but I can't tell if I'm screaming in real life or not. Nobody I live with has barged into my room or called the cops, so I guess the answer is no!

Both! LoL how i know is i would be half asleep n i hear myself talking LoL! boo i'm not sure if i sleep walk my grandma said i walked around in circles! Hehehee

No, but I did go through a phase where I went to the fridge and cupboards and ate in my sleep - very odd to find food wrappers in your bed in the morning and not remember how they got there.

I never sleep walk, but I talk in my sleep every night about Wakko, Yakko and Dot.

i have heard that i talked in my sleep a couple times. my daughter did some sleepwalking a few times because of some medication she was on, it was really strange.
