Ummm......NOOOO!!!! That just seems creepy, but I guess if that's what your both into and your both consenting, what ever. Seems to me that one or both of you will end up with some serious psychological damage though.

I think it depends. If your step brothers, then your not really brothers so I think it would be ok, not good but ok. If your half brothers (like your dads are different) then no because your still related by blood. If you have the same parents then definetly no. If you adopted yeah its ok.

No, it can lead to too much trouble. Incest is forbidden for reproductive reasons, but also because the bond between brothers is quite different than the bond between lovers, and you shouldn't mess with that.
