I don't know how many more years the world has to put up with this hate. If Israel doesn't put an end to it now, the grandchildren of the people living today will be fighting the same fight.

Israel deserves a chance to live in peace without all these crazy zealots going around threatening them.

The only language these zealots understand is violence, so I suggest a cease fire is just giving Hezbollah a chance to reload.

As a New Yorker (and non-Jew), from 9-11 going forward we have to put an end to this neo-Nazi religious based hatred.

So, - keep fighting till they got nothing left to hit you with!

depends on the the rules of the ceasefire, and if the sides can be trusted to keep them

less fighting is a great goal

but a cease-fire that just allows one side or the other time to build up more war making potential and then surprise attack on their own terms could cause more death and fighting in the long run

would a cease-fire have been good for the world in the last days of WWII when Hitler was losing and the war was about to end?

given a year or two Hitler's germany might well have built an atomic bomb

would that have been good for the peace of the world

so, the answer, as usual, is, IT DEPENDS

what agreements for cease fire
how enforced
etc

They should cease fire for 3 days in order to let the sick, injured, and starving people get humanitarian help. If Hezbollah breaks the cease fire (like I suspect they will), Israel should resume the bombing campaign as soon as possible.

i think of the time has come to tell Iran and Syria that any rocket fired by Hezbollah would be seen an act of conflict by the two Iran and Syria and that they're going to stand the outcomes. Iran has admitted human beings from there are in southern Lebanon battling Israel and that's an act of conflict. The UN would desire to come to this is senses and demand Hezbollah disarm and go away Lebanon. Blaming Israel for attacking protection stress positions used to hearth rockets is something in basic terms idiots like the French and Spanish ought to think of of. those with a real ideas would desire to comprehend blaming Israel is the incorrect ingredient to do. How dumb has the international grow to be??

Terrorist don't cease fire. They Lie and say they will but they won't. The only reason they would say yes to a cease fire would be because they want to re-group and re-stock their missles, and ammo. Won't we ever learn?

Israel should wipe out Hazbellahah. I will not call terrorists an "army of God". This would legitimize the hoodlums. Real big men, hiding so women and children are their shields!

I think they should do a picnic with each other with a picnic basket, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, some soda pop, don't forget the Jello, and finish it off with some target practice down by the old shooting range. :-)
